ReplyDeleteLena: I purchased your personalized premade template package. I am having a tremendously hard time downloading the file. I received the paypal confirmation of payment, clicked on the block that stated return to merchant, clicked on upload, and I got the free file storage but can not locate the file needed to downlaod the templates. This method of downloading is very different from what I am accustomed so I might be doing something wrong. I am not finding the method too user friendly. Please help!
